At the tender age of four, Christopher and his younger brother and were abandoned by our mother and placed into Child Protective Custody. By his nineteenth birthday, he had been shuffled through 40 foster homes, experienced two failed adoptions, and spent two years collectively in Juvenile Detention Centers.
In this book, Christopher openly, honestly, and vulnerably shares his memories, thoughts, feelings, and deepest secrets to provide you (the reader) with an intimate understanding and glimpse of what it feels like to be a child lost and shuffled around in the foster care system.
